Rich Paul and Dawn Dickson Announced as Keynote Speakers for FutureLAND 2022

Lineup and speakers in place for multi-day conference hosted on Oct. 27 and 28 in Cleveland.

Cleveland, OH | Oct. 6, 2022 – Organizers of the inaugural FutureLAND conference announced
keynote speakers for the upcoming conference celebrating diversity in tech, arts and culture in
Northeast Ohio. Rich Paul and Dawn Dickson will present keynote addresses at separate sessions
during the inaugural two-day event held on Oct. 27 and 28 in Cleveland.

Rich Paul is a Cleveland native and the founder of Klutch Sports Group , a sports agency known
for representing some of the NBA’s highest-profile talent, including LeBron James. An investor
and business mogul, Variety recently added Paul to their “Variety 500” list of the most influential
business leaders shaping global media. Paul is credited with driving the reversal of the “Rich Paul
Rule,” which would have banned agents without a college degree from representing NCAA
student-athletes. Paul will share insights from his journey through sports, business, wealth
building, and investing during his FutureLAND discussion.

Serial entrepreneur, inventor and author Dawn Dickson will serve as FutureLAND’s keynote
luncheon speaker. With over 20 years of experience in technology and business development,
Dickson has founded six successful companies, including Flat Out of Heels and PopCom and has
successfully exited one company (Lifestyle Cafe). A pioneer in Web3 and equity crowdfunding, she
will share inspirations for other founders-of-color navigating inequities in access to early-stage
capital.

In addition to its keynotes, FutureLAND will feature more than 50 nationally recognized speakers,
including tech founders, groundbreaking innovators, thought leaders and entrepreneurs
disrupting industries and shaping the future. These presenters include Mayor Justin M. Bibb;
Brandon Bryant, Co-Founder & Partner at Harlem Capital; Daniela Blanco, Founder
of  Sunthetics; David Davis, Founder of FBA Flip; Elad Granot, Dean of the Boler College of
Business at John Carroll University and Katelyn Perna, VP of Security and Crypto Custody
at  BlockFi.

In addition to keynotes, educational panels and networking opportunities, FutureLAND will
feature two pitch events showcasing tech founders and small business owners competing for
more than $100K in non-dilutive funding. The multi-day conference will also include an AR art
show, tech demo hall, music concert and small business marketplace.
