Brooklyn McDaniels is a sports business professional hailing from Canton, Ohio. A Buckeyethrough and through, she attended The Ohio State University where she received an honorsdegree in Communication Analysis and Legal Foundations, pre-law. She was named 1 of 20Outstanding Seniors in a graduating class

of more than 10,000 undergraduate students.

Brooklyn was chosen as the Business Strategy Intern for ESPN’s Affiliate Sales andMarketing division the summer prior to her senior year of college. Upon graduating from TheOhio State, Brooklyn kicked off her career in New York, NY as 1 of 7 recent graduates selected for the National Football League's prestigious Rotational Program where she worked across Event Strategy, Business Development, and Sponsorship & Partnership Management for 4 seasons.

In 2022, Brooklyn pivoted into the technology industry pursuing a role in TikTok’s GlobalBusiness Marketing division as an Operations Manager. She was then drafted to join theTikTok North America Sports team as a Partner Manager overseeing professional athletesand public figures. Named to Front Office Sports’ Rising 25 Class of 2021, the National SportsForum’s Business of Diversity in Sport and Entertainment Class of 2022, and Hashtag Sports’Creators of Color Class of 2023, Brooklyn is most commonly known for her gregarious personality and her ability to rally individuals with enthusiasm. A strong advocate for personal and professional mentorship, Brooklyn dedicates her time to sharing her experiences, knowledge, and learnings with future generations.
