As Project Manager on the Automation Skill Advancement Team at Swagelok, Erica works with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop programs to grow the organization’s proficiency in automation and smart technologies.

Prior to joining Swagelok, Erica was the Program Manager for Industry and Innovation at Team NEO, the Northeast Ohio Region’s economic development partner.  Providing leadership to the Smart Manufacturing Cluster of Northeast Ohio, she was responsible for the development and execution of regional programs and initiatives to support the advancement of the manufacturing industry through technology adoption.  She served as Project Manager, Digital and IoT Innovations at Cleveland State University where she assisted in creating and managing a $2M grant-funded budget supporting activities related to digital research and innovation.  Previously, Erica served as a Workforce Development Executive for the Lake Erie Council Boy Scouts of America where she oversaw multiple career education programs for middle school and high school students.


Erica holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University. She is a board member of Jewish Big Brother Big Sister Association of Cleveland and was recognized as one of Northeast Ohio’s Top 25 under 35 Movers and Shakers by the Cleveland Professional 20/30 in 2020.
