Jeff Brancato is the Executive Director of the Northeast Ohio CyberConsortium (NEOCC). NEOCC provides platforms, tools and services that enable enterprise cybersecurity teams to share information on threats and best practices. NEOCC’s members include large and small companies, clinical healthcare systems, institutions of higher education, and other organizations with dedicated information security staffs. This type of information sharing within a highly trusted community – from attack data, to tools and vendors being used, to corporate strategies – enables better defense, resilience and response for all members. NEOCC also provides strong engagement for its members with federal law enforcement and homeland security agencies, and it supports regional programs for talent development and outreach to assist smaller organizations. Jeff is currently a member of the cybersecurity advisory board of the Office of Governor Mike DeWine.

Jeff worked with the founding members of NEOCC to design and build the consortium, which was incorporated in 2018. Prior to NEOCC, Jeff had several roles leading technology-based economic development programs and developing partnerships for regional innovation and industry-university research collaborations.
