Marshall Lindsey is a capital markets professional and engineer with industry experience in energy infrastructure, investment banking and consulting. Currently a Vice President at Regiment Securities, an investment bank and broker dealer headquartered in Chicago, Marshall supports the deal execution of a variety of credit transactions. He has also been a Vice President at SovInfra, a boutique global financing company that invests in infrastructure assets domestically and across international growth markets, which he joined in 2017. There, he was responsible for deal structuring, credit analysis, due diligence and execution of Managing Partner corporate strategy. Prior to joining SovInfra, Marshall worked in merchant banking at Unplugged Capital. Before joining Unplugged Capital, Marshall led a management consulting practice, East 84th Consulting, which provided business process analysis, operations strategy, and technical business development services to non-profit, education, chemical, finance, and waste management industries. Marshall has also served as the Vice President of Strategy and Research at Blue Northern Capital Holding, a domestic biofuels start-up, and as an analyst and consultant at BP. Marshall holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western University, a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, a MS in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon, and a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Northwestern University.

Marshall also serves as a Professor of Practice in Arts Entrepreneurship at the University at Buffalo where he teaches a course alongside his wife, violinist Melissa White, focused on combining concepts of entrepreneurship and artistic passion pursuit. He also advises startups and small businesses in corporate strategy.
