Marzell Brown is a native Clevelander and a product of the Cleveland metropolitan school district (CMSD) graduating from Glenville High School.

Marzell holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and has worked in the Engineering related industry for Verizon Wireless, Motorola and Rockwell Automation.In his current role as Talent Management Lead, he focuses on developing relationships with colleges and universities, building pipelines on employment opportunities, engaging and developing training for new talent coming into the organization and alternative methods to recruiting engineers as well as continuing to develop brand and awareness of Rockwell. He has also worked to develop onboarding models for managers to leverage with new employees as well as training roadmaps for current employees to leverage for various training tracks needed. In one of his previous roles at Rockwell Automation he also was the developer for and managed Rockwell Automation's high school internship program an alternative program to increase awareness, interest, attract and retain local diverse talent to the various fields of engineering. Some of his community involvement has been with working on the design and steering committees for developing / opening MC2STEM and Design Lab high schools - STEM based CMSD schools, exhibit builds at The Children's Museum, Great Lakes Science Center (GLSC) and Lake Farm Parks using Rockwell products and partnerships with Case Western Reserve University; Providing professional development curriculum to K-12 teaches on automation and robotics in collaboration with the GLSC; FIRST robotics planning committee and judge as well consultant work with Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM (T.I.E.S.) on STEM education for K-12; Marzell is also a member of fraternity incorporated.

FUTURELAND 2023 WILL BE HELD AT PLAYHOUSE SQUARE IN CLEVELAND, OHIO ON OCTOBER 5TH AND 6TH.
