Michael’s work at MCPC includes leadership of a local partnership with Cleveland Metropolitan School District focused on modernization of student technology, and a growing apprenticeship for students wanting an on-ramp to IT careers directly out of high school. His approach of addressing the digital divide with education and job creation has built attractive opportunities for students to launch their technology careers as they graduate school. As a leader within MCPC, Michael is responsible for the IT service company’s market positioning and brand identity across a global portfolio of clients, employee-partners, suppliers, and strategic alliances.

In 2020 Michael launched TREBILCO to energize progressive real estate-based businesses using capital, technology, and a vision for hyperlocal placemaking. The young firm now controls a pipeline of signature waterfront projects in Cleveland, including the Westinghouse redevelopment underway in Gordon Square.

Passionate about what moves the ball forward, Michael was an early adopter of the FurtureLAND movement and its mission to build fresh entrepreneurial energy in the great city of Cleveland.
