Head of Customer Experience
Samantha Graf is the head of Customer Experience with Pittsburgh-based FinTech company Honeycomb Credit. Honeycomb provides a platform for growing local businesses to borrow money from everyday investors. Samantha leads a team of Customer Experience Managers who work directly with the local business owners running investment offerings. She joined Honeycomb because she recognized the immediate impact Honeycomb creates in connecting local business owners with the communities they serve. Samantha is originally from Cleveland, OH, is a graduate of the Ohio State University, and holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
